Go Wild

Members of the M&T team visited The Wildlife Rescue Centre Jogja (WRCJ) a park in Yogyakarta, Indonesia where wildlife is rescued and rehabilitated before being released into the wild. It is also a sanctuary for animals that for various reasons cannot be released back into their natural habitat. The trip was a mind opening experience and M&T members ended up adopting animals such as orangutans, gibbons, raptors, etc.

Today, celebrating the 2022 World Down’s Syndrome Day, we are proud to share a video of 32 talented young people with Down’s Syndrome from the ISDI dancing to a song by Meghan Trainor, “Better when I’m Dancing.” With this video, we hope to let the world know just how amazing they are and to continue to advocate for the rights of people with Down’s Syndrome.
