M&T x ISDI Partnership Program
Since October 2018, we have been working with Center of Hope ISDI (Ikatan Sindroma Down Indonesia) in providing a training opportunity for their students. We have since opened our doors to seven ISDI students, and we will be working with more throughout the year. It is our hope that this kind of program would inspire and encourage other companies to open their minds and extend an equal opportunity to these students by accepting diversity, recognizing the capability, and developing the potential of people with Down syndrome.
