M&T Enters Firm of the Year Shortlist by Asialaw Profiles

Frederick Simanjuntak and Stephanie Kandou, supervised by Ratna Iskandar, participated as speakers on the Legal Perspectives of Opening a Bank Account at an In-House Seminar at Bangkok Bank, Jakarta.

After a long-awaited criminal justice process, finally, the M&T Litigation Team led by Lia Alizia and Heru Mardijarto has succeeded to convince the judges at the South Jakarta District Court to find the former president director of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) (“Geo Dipa” or “Client”) not guilty and free of all charges because he had not committed any crime or fraud during his tenure as Geo Dipa’s president director. Geo Dipa is the only state-owned geothermal enterprise in Indonesia.

Last 14 May 2018 one of our Partners, Frederick Simanjuntak, together with associates Agil Ariananto and Benedicta Frizka, were invited as speakers by PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA – a member of ASTRA group) for its Project Financing Workshop.
