Lia Alizia Discusses Labor Regulations in Indonesia on Foreign Workers
The Indonesian employment law is complex, and companies and employees alike need to keep abreast of its developments.
To aid in this, Hukumonline invited our managing partner, Lia Alizia, to discuss the latest regulatory updates on employment in the country, including the objectives, background, and procedures that companies and expatriates must know in relation to the use of foreign workers. She also discussed the supporting documents that must be prepared, and important provisions that employers and expatriates can refer to when applying for work permits.
