On 6 August 2019, the Supreme Court (“SC”) issued Regulation No. 4 of 2019 (“SC Reg 4/2019”), amending the previous regulation, SC Regulation No. 2 of 2015 on the Procedure for the Resolution of Small Claims Lawsuit (“Previous Regulation”). SC Reg 4/2019 came into force on 20 August 2019.
