General compliance measures users need to contemplate to comply with the PDP Bill
On 20 September 2022, The Indonesian House of Representatives finally passed the much-anticipated Bill on Personal Data Protection (PDP Bill), which will now become the main legal framework for the protection of personal data in Indonesia. The PDP Bill is currently awaiting the president’s signature for it to be passed into law.
