Lia Alizia Talks about Franchising under Indonesian Law to US Franchise Companies

The International BAR Association (IBA), in partnership with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), held an international conference entitled, “IBA-PERADI Corporate Counsel Conference: Indonesia – a Global and Local Legal Perspective in Investment” in Bali on 8 August 2019.

Our Senior Partner, Rahayu Ningsih Hoed, recently spoke at the International Bar Association (IBA) Anti-Corruption Committee Asia Conference held from 11-12 November 2024 in Marina Bay, Singapore.

For the first time, the Drew Network Asia (DNA) Symposium was held in Indonesia, marking a milestone for both Makarim & Taira S. and the DNA alliance — Drew & Napier LLC, Shearn Delamore & Co., Martinez Vergara & Gonzalez Sociedad (MVGS), and Tilleke & Gibbins.
