Lia Alizia Talks about Franchising under Indonesian Law to US Franchise Companies

Held on 16 March 2023, the event was attended by Makarim and Taira S., the chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (INACHAM HK), representatives of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Association of Industries and Commerce of Tuen Mun, diaspora entrepreneurs, and investors from Cheerway International Trading Ltd.

On 27 March 2018, two of our Partners, Lia Alizia and Teddy Achmad Suprijadi together with Farida Yuliasari and Candace Anastassia Limbong were speakers to 57 participants at the workshop organized by the ICCA (Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association). The aim of the workshop was to discuss updates on investment law and foreign employment. The other M&T lawyers who participated in this workshop were Mira Ayu Lestari, Made Susanti, and our paralegal, Evy Widashanti.
