Guy's practice focuses on project finance and infrastructure. He has represented project companies in the successful development of coal-fired power plants in Cirebon, Banten and Central Java, and has acted as lead consultant to the Indonesian Infrastructure Initiative (IndII) for the development of regulations for exclusive use railways. He also advised IndII on three proposed water projects in East Java, Central Sulawesi and West Java.
Before joining M&T, Guy practiced law in New York (Davis Polk & Wardwell, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom), France (Salès, Vincent & Associés) and Canada (Ogilvy Renault).
For many years, Guy was an adjunct lecturer in law at Columbia Law School, teaching a seminar on drafting contracts. He also worked as senior principal law clerk to the Honorable Steven W. Fisher, and has served on the New York State Committee on Criminal Jury Instructions.
