We welcome our new Senior Associates, Muchtar Ali and Hendri Naldi. They are now in our corporate and commercial group. Muchtar graduated from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta (S.H, 1998) and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (LL.M, 2007). Hendri graduated from the University of Indonesia (S.H, 1995) and joined our firm after over 13 years working in an other major Indonesian law firms.

This year, Makarim & Taira S. also promoted Evelyn Simanjuntak and Kurniawan Tanzil to Senior Associate positions. Evelyn has been practicing in our Corporate Commercial division and Kurniawan has been in the firm, assisting our Banking and Finance division.
